The company was founded in 2025, I built this collective in order to provide support and assistance to local municipalities and organizations who do not have the staffing needs to effectively grow at their desired rate. I became a Certified Floodplain Manager and realized there are many communities in the floodplain that may need assistance navigating development complexities. I also have a strong passion for community development. After I had spent time as a Planning Coordinator role at a non-profit, I grew and learned to appreciate the importance of individuals leading local entities through a tailored planning process.
